The Journey Audit
KNOW WHATTO FIX BEFOREYOU BUILD.
Before we design a page or launch a campaign, we read your business against 44 checkpoints across the four stages of the customer journey. You get back every leak worth fixing, in the order we would fix it.

- Audits a month, at most
Why Forty-Four
Eleven checkpoints for every stage of the journey. Four stages. Nothing skipped because it was awkward to check.
A checklist is what keeps an audit honest. Without one, you only find the problems you went looking for.
The Checkpoints
FOUR STAGES.44 CHECKS.
The same list, in the same order, for every business. What changes is which of them are costing you the most.
Attention.
Are the right people being asked in, at a price that works?
- 01Which channels bring buyers, and which bring browsers
- 02Campaign structure and audience overlap
- 03Creative fatigue: how long each ad has run, and how often people see it
- 04Whether the opening seconds give anyone a reason to stay
- 05Whether the ad's promise is the one the page keeps
- 06How clearly the offer comes through inside the ad
- 07Cost per click and cost per lead against the category
- 08Retargeting: who is followed up, and who is forgotten
- 09Search terms spending money without buying intent
- 10Placement and device split
- 11Budget sitting with the campaigns that return the least
Arrival.
Does the click survive the first five seconds?
- 01Load time on a mid-range phone, on mobile data

- 05Mobile layout, spacing and tap targets
- 06Navigation that pulls people off the path
- 07Page weight: images, scripts and apps
- 08Broken links, errors and dead ends
- 09Bounce rate by traffic source
- 10Search visibility for buying-intent terms

Decision.
Does the page give them enough reason to believe?
- 01Whether the offer is stated plainly
- 02How the price is framed against the value
- 03Proof placed where the doubt actually shows up
- 04Objections answered before they are asked
- 05One page making one argument, not five
- 06Trust signals: policies, guarantees, a real way to reach you
- 07A visual order that leads the eye to the next step
- 08Copy written in your customers' own words
- 09How you compare with the alternatives they are weighing
- 10Urgency that is honest, or none at all
- 11Who is behind the business, and why they are worth trusting

Is the last step as easy as the first one?
- 01Steps between interest and an enquiry or purchase
- 02Form fields that cost more completions than they are worth

- 05A route for people who would rather call or WhatsApp
- 06How fast a new lead hears back
- 07Confirmation and follow-up messages
- 08Abandoned cart and lost lead recovery

Two Versions
LIVE, ORABOUT TO BE.
Already running.
For a business with ads, a website, or both, already live.
- Your live ads, website and enquiry or checkout flow, read on desktop and mobile
- Your own numbers, if you choose to share view-only access to your ad account and analytics
- Two competitors read alongside you
- Every leak we find, with the evidence for it and the effort to fix it
- A 30 day order of work
About to launch.
For a business that has not built its website or run its first ads yet.
- What the website needs: pages, offer, proof and the path to enquiry or purchase
- Where the first traffic should come from, and what it should cost
- Three competitors read in full, and the gaps they leave open
- Your customers' own language, from reviews and conversations in your category
- A 30 day launch plan
Read By A Person
TOOLS MEASURE.PEOPLE DECIDE.
Software tells us how fast your page loads and what your competitors are running. It cannot tell which of fifty problems is the one costing you customers. That part is ours.
How It Runs
Ten a month. On purpose.
Reading every checkpoint by hand does not scale, so we do not pretend it does. When the month is full, the next one opens.
Questions
ABOUT THEAUDIT.
Anything else, ask on WhatsApp. We reply the same day.
Why is it free?
Because it is the fastest way for you to see how we think. If the plan is good, you will want to talk. If it is not, you have lost nothing but a form.
What access do you need?
None to start. Your website and live ads are enough for a first read. If you want your real numbers in it, share view-only access to your ad account and analytics. We never ask for passwords.
Is it an AI report?
No. Tools measure speed, pull your ads and read your analytics. A person reads the results against the checklist and decides what matters for your business.
What if we don't work with you afterwards?
Then you keep the plan and run it however you like. No follow-up sequence, no pressure.
Do you audit businesses outside India?
Yes. The journey works the same way in every market. Only the competitors and the currency change.
